Effective date: August 29, 2026
The agreement
These Terms of Use are between you and Abcreative, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Abcreative”, “we”, “us”). They cover this website and the Divi Autopilot plugin and services (“the Software”). By using the site, downloading the Software, or buying a license, you accept these terms. If you are acting for a company or a client, you confirm you have authority to bind them.
The software license
Divi Autopilot’s code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The GPL gives you broad rights to run, study, modify, and redistribute the code, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
What a paid plan buys is not the code — it is the service around it: a license key that activates paid features on the number of sites your plan states at purchase, automatic updates, and support from a human. License keys, update delivery, and support are provided under these terms, not the GPL, and are for your (or your client sites’) use only. Reselling, sharing, or publishing license keys, or using one key beyond its activation limit, ends our obligation to provide those services.
The free tier is exactly what the site says it is: every auditor runs read-only across your whole site, and fixes are unlocked on one page you choose. It requires no account and no card.
Purchases, renewals, and the guarantee
Paid plans are sold through Freemius, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to the Freemius checkout terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled; you can cancel renewal any time from your Freemius account or by emailing us, and cancellation stops future charges without affecting the term already paid for.
7-day money-back guarantee. Every paid plan carries it. If the Software does not work on your stack — or you simply change your mind — email support@diviautopilot.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund in full. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
Your site, your responsibility
Divi Autopilot writes to your WordPress site: it edits pages, presets, options, and templates when you tell it to. It is built cautiously — writes are journaled, snapshots are taken, fixes are undoable, and destructive paths verify themselves and roll back — but no software makes backups unnecessary. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups, and for reviewing changes on sites you run for clients. If you connect an AI assistant to your site through the Software, you are responsible for that connection: what you authorize it to do, and what your agreement with the AI provider allows.
Audits are guidance, not certification
The Software’s audits — accessibility, SEO, performance, legal furniture, design, and site QA — are automated checks. They are good at what automated checks are good at, and they are not a legal opinion, a compliance certification, or a guarantee. Passing the accessibility audit does not certify WCAG, ADA, or EAA compliance; passing the SEO audit does not promise rankings; the legal-pages helper produces starting drafts, not legal advice. For compliance obligations, consult a qualified professional. Scores and findings can change between versions as checks are added or refined.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or the Software to break the law, to attack or overload systems you don’t control, or to misrepresent Abcreative as the author of content the Software helped you produce. Don’t probe, disable, or misrepresent license enforcement to obtain paid services without a valid license (your GPL rights to the code itself are unaffected).
Third parties
Divi is a registered trademark of Elegant Themes, Inc. Divi Autopilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elegant Themes. The Software requires WordPress and the Divi theme, which are licensed to you separately. Freemius handles checkout under its own terms; any AI assistant you connect operates under its provider’s terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Software and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every theme, plugin, host, or future version of WordPress or Divi. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits the warranty provisions of the GPL with respect to the code itself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abcreative’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility. Your independent backups, and the Software’s own snapshot and undo features, exist precisely because websites are important; use them.
Termination
You can stop using the Software at any time; deactivating and deleting the plugin removes it from your site. We may suspend paid services for a material breach of these terms (such as key resale) after notice to the email on the license. Sections that by their nature survive — the disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless the consumer-protection law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. A change that materially affects paid license holders takes effect for them at their next renewal, and we will announce it to the email on the license.
