Who we are
Divi Autopilot is made and sold by Abcreative, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Abcreative”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers two things: this website, and the Divi Autopilot plugin you install on your own WordPress site. They handle data very differently, so each gets its own section. Questions about anything here: support@diviautopilot.com.
The short version
This website runs no analytics, shows no ads, and sets no tracking cookies. The plugin runs entirely on your own server and does not send your site’s content to us — ever. The only third parties in the picture are Freemius, who processes purchases and license activations, and the AI assistant you choose to connect, which talks to your site under your authorization, not ours.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. There are no signup forms, comment forms, or analytics scripts on this site. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which we use only to keep the site running and diagnose problems. Logs are retained on the ordinary rotation schedule of our hosting provider and are not combined with any other data.
If you email us at support@diviautopilot.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and keep the thread for as long as it is useful for support history. Ask us to delete a support thread and we will.
Downloading the free plugin requires no account and no email address.
Purchases and licensing (Freemius)
Paid plans are sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy a license, your payment details go to Freemius and its payment processors — we never see your card number. Freemius shares with us what we need to run the product: your name, email address, the plan you bought, and your license status. Freemius’s handling of your data is described in the Freemius privacy policy.
Billing, renewals, and refunds are managed through Freemius; refund requests can also come straight to us by email and we will action them with Freemius on your behalf.
What the plugin does on your site
The plugin runs on your own server. Its audits, fixes, scores, snapshots, and self-tests all execute locally on your WordPress install; the results are stored in your own database and go nowhere else. We have no access to your site, your content, or your audit results, and the plugin has no channel to send them to us.
The plugin makes outbound connections to exactly one service of ours: Freemius, to validate your license key and check for plugin updates. That request carries your license key, your site URL, and basic environment details (WordPress and plugin versions). Freemius also offers optional usage diagnostics — that sharing is opt-in during activation, does not include your site content, and can be declined or turned off at any time without affecting the product.
The AI connection
Divi Autopilot’s connector feature lets you link an AI assistant (for example, Anthropic’s Claude) to your site. That connection only exists if you create it: you authorize it through a secure sign-in on your own site (OAuth), and you can revoke it there at any time.
Be clear-eyed about what this means: when your AI assistant reads or edits your site through the connector, your site’s content flows between your server and your AI provider. That flow is governed by your agreement with the AI provider and their privacy policy — not this one. We are not a party to that connection, we cannot see it, and we never receive any of that data. If your site holds content you would not paste into an AI chat, do not point the connector at it.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets its ordinary functional cookies for logged-in users; visitors just reading the site get none that track them. The plugin, on your site, sets only the functional cookies WordPress itself requires for logged-in administrators.
Your rights
Whatever your jurisdiction — GDPR, CCPA, or otherwise — the practical version is the same: email support@diviautopilot.com and we will tell you what we hold about you (typically: license records from Freemius and any support emails), correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. For data held by Freemius, we will coordinate with them or you can contact them directly. We do not sell personal information, and we have no advertising relationships to share it with.
Children
Neither this website nor the plugin is directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A change that meaningfully affects license holders will also be announced to the email on the license.
